Air Bagging a VW MK5 GTI Votex White (Airlift+Ridetech e3)

Finished up another white MK5 GTI recently and there is something so clean about a dumped candy white GTI with a votex kit on oem wheels.
Everything with this set-up was kept discreet and tucked away.

  1. Though this is an amazing car and the interior is really nice, I'm wondering how many people could actually ride in that car since it was too lowered? And it's gonna be a challenge passing through a humps. Not exactly my cup of tea.

    1. The air ride system lets you go up and down.

  2. Very beautiful car! But the only thing I don't like is the car's side skirt.

  3. I'm not fund of cars that are too lowered because the side skirt of it is prone to damage. Anyway, is that an automatic vehicle?

  4. Good thing that all the wiring was tucked and there is no visible trace of the car being set up. If I will be allowed to loan for that car then, I will grab that opportunity right away.

  5. I really appreciate the car’s design; I think it’s a good car except that it is too lowered. If they can provide a car like this that’s not lowered, I might buy it but I’ll go for a used car instead for practicality.

  6. The body kit is just sick! When I glanced at it, I thought that its side skirt touches the ground. Good call on the design, simple yet sophisticated.

  7. I think that you should add photos when the airlift and ridetech are activated. Anyone that would see will be amazed. I am a full grown man but when I see this kind of stuff, I always feel like a child that saw something that catches his attention and wants it for himself.

  8. Is that a 3 gallon tank? Where can I get it?
My 5 gal chubby wouldn't fit into that spare tire recess because of the stupid hump :(

  9. It is a nice car, with proper engine tuning it will deliver power when you need it but, making it an ultra low ride won't make it look good.

  10. Talk about taking car customization to the edge. I wouldn't want to think about that car driving through the humps, though; that would look and sound totally terrible.

  11. If they could produce a car like this one but this time, it’s not a low ride I will definitely buy one. The problem with this car is, it’s too lowered and for me that’s not practical.

  12. Great bit of customization here. I'm just curious as to how much was spent for all the extra hardware, and probably some of the dampers in this mod. It seems there was quite an investment here.
