Well this build was a little outside the box, at least the tank was. The tank was mounted underneath the car where the factory muffler would have gone. This was done by fabricating aluminum strapping to hold the 2.5 gallon air tank in place. Everything else was mounted in the spare wheel well allowing full use of the cargo area in a very stealth mode.
The airbag system was a full Airlift bag set-up including the front front struts, rear bags, rear shocks, management and valves. It was powered with dual Viair 400c compressors and a Viair 2.5 gallon tank.
This was done a few months back in March of '10, It's my own personal vehicle.
The front airbag struts are Masontech and the rear are Slam Specialties RE-6's with Dorbritz Designs D-cup brackets.
The management is the Airride Technologies E2 powered by dual Viair 400c and a 3 gallon aluminum tank color matched to the care. The complete system is plumed using 3/8's line and copper hardline.
Here is a car that i did out in California. The Airbags front struts air the new Airlift XL's and the rear is the new Slam specialties ss-6's and Dorbritz Designs D-cups. The management and air valves are air Airlift as well. The line size to the front is 3/8's and the rear is 1/4's line with 3/8's hardline running in between the tank and compressors.
Keep in mind that the vehicle is sitting on 19x9.5 et35 with 225/35/19's all the way around.
